Mike
Director & Principal Consultant
A one-time naval officer, originally from the south of England, Mike has spent the last 15 years in the commercial world, with a career spanning sales, project management, training, and consultancy, across a range of finance, xRM, and HR systems. Mike began working with D365 F&O when the cloud version of AX first launched and is the founder and contributing editor of AX7 – The D365 F&O Blog.
Heather
Director, People & Wellbeing
A former health and social care professional and Glasgow native, Heather brings calm and order wherever she goes, especially when dealing with our clients, partners, and colleagues. Heather is an integral member of our business, with a keen eye on our people, resourcing, and compliance. Heather continues to support her local community through various initiatives.
Leigh
Director, Brand & Marketing
Leigh delivers creative and strategic marcomms solutions for international blue chip brands, innovative British startups and everything in between. A specialist in PR and engagement of internal, external and stakeholder audiences, he builds campaigns for B2C, B2B and trade organisations across sectors. His creative leadership extends to mentoring programmes and board advisory roles with a focus on access for underrepresented groups.
Jason
Principal Consultant
Jason brings 20+ years of technical experience of finance and ERP systems, including development, support, data migration, and architecture. He has worked exclusively with D365 F&O since joining Microsoft in 2016, where he worked across both SMC and Enterprise teams, supporting clients to make the most of their investment in Business Applications.
Paul
Principal Consultant
Paul is an ACCA qualified accountant with a BSc(Hons) in Accounting & Finance. He has been specialised in AX and D365 F&O for his entire career, including a number of end-to-end implementations across public sector, medical and manufacturing. After a spell at KPMG, Paul became the founding architect and practice lead for an established Microsoft Gold Partner.
Nathan
Senior Technical Architect
Nathan is a seasoned technical architect specializing in D365, AX and Azure. His 15+ year career includes development, technical, and consulting roles at PwC, DXC, and K3 leading large-scale, complex implementations across multiple industries. Passionate about solution design, performance optimisation, and mentoring, Nathan brings a deep technical expertise to our team.
Ella
Senior Functional Consultant
Ella has over eight years’ experience on successful implementations across the UK, USA & Canada, including retail and public sector. With a BSc in Economics, Ella has enjoyed delivery roles at both Deloitte and KPMG, and worked client-side managing continuous improvement, training and support. Committed to continuous professional growth, Ella is dedicated to leveraging her skills to support our clients and deliver exceptional solutions.
Steph
Senior Functional Consultant
With a background in Business and Computer Systems, Steph is passionate about bridging the gap between tech and users. She’s spent the last 8 years focused on D365 HR on both partner and end user side, with implementation experience across 15+ countries. Outside of Dynamics, she enjoys business content creation, while maintaining an ever-growing sneaker collection.
George
Functional Consultant
As an honours graduate in Mechanical Engineering, George has a keen eye for detail and process improvement, with a particular interest in data. He began his consultancy career at KPMG, where he gained experience from four major D365 F&O implementations, across Finance, Supply Chain and HR. George lives to travel and is currently learning Spanish.
