Configuration

We configure and customise your D365 F&O solution to fit your specific business processes and preferences, based on the solution design, as documented. This includes:

Testing

We can support all stages of testing your solution, ensuring it meets your quality and performance expectations. A particular focus area being user acceptance testing (UAT), where many companies implementing D36 F&O struggle to understand what is required of them.

We will assist with planning, executing, and monitoring all testing activities, providing the platform-specific context that some test management experts may lack, and ensuring employees conducting the testing fully appreciate what is expected of them.

Where defects are identified in testing, we will provide feedback and recommendations for resolution, workarounds, or solution improvement.

Staff training and content development

Implementation review

Whether before cutover or after a few months or years of operation, we can provide a third-party perspective to ensure your D365 F&O solution is implemented per your original requirements and is/still functioning as intended.

This will include interviewing business process owners and end users to understand where their day-to-day challenges have or have not been resolved by the implementation. Often, this will identify smaller issues that can either be resolved on-the-spot or through a package of remedial training.

In other cases, a review will unearth opportunities to improve your implementation, whether through adjusting configuration, enabling new features, or applying enhancements, such as low-/no-code solutions through Power Platform.

Our output will include a report that details system areas reviewed, specific findings, and recommended mitigation or actions.
