Mike
Operations Director, Principal Consultant & Founder
A one-time naval officer, originally from the south of England, Mike has spent the much of the last two decades in the commercial world, with a career spanning sales, project management, training, and consultancy, across a range of finance, xRM, and HR systems. Mike began working with D365 F&O when the cloud version of AX first launched.
Paul
Delivery Director & Principal Consultant
Paul is an ACCA qualified accountant with a BSc(Hons) in Accounting & Finance. He has been specialised in AX and D365 F&O for his entire career, including a number of end-to-end implementations across public sector, medical and manufacturing. After a spell at KPMG, Paul became the founding architect and practice lead for an established Microsoft Gold Partner.
Jason
Technical Director & Principal Consultant
Jason brings 20+ years of technical experience of finance and ERP systems, including development, support, data migration, and architecture. He has worked exclusively with D365 F&O since his time with Microsoft, where he worked across both SMC and Enterprise teams, supporting clients to maximise their investment in Business Applications.
Heather
Director, People & Wellbeing
A former health and social care professional, Heather brings calm and order wherever she goes, especially when dealing with our clients, partners, and colleagues. Heather is an integral member of our business, with a keen eye on our resourcing, compliance, and the welfare of our team. Heather continues to support her local community through various initiatives.
Leigh
Director, Brand & Marketing
Leigh delivers creative and strategic marcomms solutions for international blue chip brands, innovative British startups and everything in between. A specialist in PR and engagement of internal, external and stakeholder audiences, he builds campaigns for B2C, B2B and trade organisations across sectors. His creative leadership extends to mentoring programmes and board advisory roles with a focus on access for underrepresented groups.
Kevin
Talent Partner
Kevin has enjoyed a successful career as an agency head hunter, as well as an internal talent acquisition specialist for Microsoft Gold Partners. He is now supporting EntityShift to rapidly build our delivery team across our various sub-disciplines. Detail-orientated and passionate about what he does, Kevin is the first person many of our team get to speak to, as he looks for a perfect fit of culture, ambition, and experience.
